How long will it take for my order to be delivered?
Orders in India, once shipped, are typically delivered in 5-6 business days in metros, and 10-12 business days for the rest of India.
Delivery time may vary depending upon the shipping address and other factors (public holidays, extreme weather conditions, etc.).

Some products are made-to-order. They will be shipped out 3-4 business days after the order is placed.
Are there any additional shipping charges?
The Whole Thread provides FREE shipping for all orders above Rs. 999 in India. A shipping charge of Rs. 50 is payable only on orders below Rs. 999. There is an extra charge of Rs.30 if you choose COD as your preferred payment option.
How do I track my order?
You can track your order once it has been dispatched from our warehouse. You can also track it on the website by clicking on the ‘Track order’ button on the top right corner and entering your respective Order ID on the page.
What if I am not available when the delivery is being attempted?
Our courier partners will attempt the delivery 3 times. You can let the delivery executive know a convenient time to deliver the product.
